In the hotel industry, the kitchen is often seen as merely a service. For us at the Hotel Majorca, it becomes a statement.

We asked ourselves what we are really offering our guests, and the answer led to a change: a quiet revolution in our kitchens, a return to the essentials.

We have chosen to cook in harmony with the sun and the seasons. To do this, we work with the Eretici: producers, farmers and breeders who reject intensive farming methods in favour of slower, more sustainable practices.

Innovation is green and home-grow

Our revolution has a new face. Since last year, our kitchen has welcomed a vegan chef who is dedicated exclusively to creating an innovative plant-based menu.

Don’t expect run-of-the-mill options: we serve tasty, creative dishes that are strictly home-made. It’s our way of offering you food that nourishes the body and respects the planet, without ever compromising on flavour.

Especially in summer, with the scorching sun and rising temperatures, it’s nice to indulge in something light and tasty to return immediately to relax under the umbrella! In our Magnificent Buffet,’ you’ll find light and quick options, tasty sandwiches, cold pasta, and salads, but also traditional dishes – no dieting here!

At dinner, our desire to amaze multiplies, along with the goodness. It will be difficult to choose what to enjoy, so you have the freedom to taste everything; the only limitation is your stomach! In fact, even at dinner, you’ll find ‘Magnificent. Buffet,’ so colourful, cheerful, and delicious that preparing it always makes us hungry too!

The products? We choose them personally!

Quality matters. That’s why Nancy, together with her mom, takes care of the raw ingredients, preferring local products and carefully selecting suppliers. All this to bring to the table only good, fresh, and sustainable things. Both for food and wine. If it’s true that we are what we eat, here at Hotel Majorca, we are all exquisite!

Taste for everyone

Food intolerances, lifestyles, allergies: we don’t have separate kitchens and dedicated menus, but we can organise ourselves to provide everyone with the culinary experience they deserve. The important thing is to let us know in advance so that we can pay the utmost attention and choose the most suitable products. And the kids? They are the protagonists at the table and will always find something specially designed for them.
