Before you go: where we are and why this place is brilliant

We are located at Via I° Maggio, 41 – Gabicce Mare (PU), overlooking the new yacht harbour that separates Gabicce from Cattolica (and the Marche region from the Romagna region). A very scenic and extremely convenient location.

The sea is just 200 metres away: a stone’s throw, flip-flops on your feet, and you’re already there.

A perfect combination: we’re in a quiet and well-kept area, yet right next to shops, bars and promenades. Relaxation, yes; boredom, never.

Yes! The harbour separates Gabicce from Cattolica: just cross over and in about 15 minutes on foot you’ll be on the other side.

Rooms & suites: where you can relax and unwind
(or get back on track)

Yes, all our rooms have been refurbished: they are bright, cosy, modern and colourful.

You can choose from:

  • Standard Quiet (no balcony, cooler and quieter)
  • Comfort Sun (with balcony and harbour view)
  • Deluxe Breath (open-plan shower, super “wow”)
  • Deluxe Breath Family, ideal for families with young children or couples looking for a more comfortable option
  • Junior Suite Escape (28 m²), our most comfortable and spacious room, featuring two bathrooms but a single open-plan layout

The Junior Suite Escape (28 m²)we only have one and it features the legendary round bed, 2 bathrooms, a sitting area and a large terrace. It’s the “suite with a story to tell”.

The Comfort Sun, the Deluxe Breath and the Deluxe Breath Family all have a balcony. The Junior Suite naturally also has a lovely balcony, whereas the Standard Quiet rooms, on the other hand, do not have a balcony and overlook the inner courtyard.

  • Standard Quiet: no balcony, view of the inner courtyard, cooler and quieter, excellent value for money.
  • Comfort Sun: a balcony with a view of the harbour, plenty of light and a romantic atmosphere.

All our rooms have soundproofed walls.

Yes: Fast Wi-Fi (in the room and throughout the hotel).

Depending on the room type, you will find: individual air conditioning, LCD TV, mini fridge/minibar, safe, hairdryer, and in some rooms also tea and coffee making facilities.

Yes: Comfort Sun Family, Deluxe Breath Family and the Junior Suite Escape is also perfect if you’re looking for space and comfort.

Breakfast (7.45am–10.15am): the smell of baking and a daily ‘wow’

For us, breakfast is a key part of the day, and we’ve tried to turn it into an experience: sweet and savoury, creative, and above all never the same as the day before. Here, breakfast is a daily surprise.

Yes… but don’t just call it a buffet, or we’ll take offence (just kidding… maybe). Let’s call it “a breakfast that gets you out of bed happy”.

You’ll find (among other things): all our products are homemade (even the puff pastry!!!) and you can find – homemade cakes, croissants, fresh bread, pancakes, cold cuts and cheeses, yoghurt, fresh fruit, seeds and nuts… and excellent coffees and cappuccinos. This year, we have also expanded our range to include healthy, vegan and sugar-free options, so we can cater to everyone and offer food that nourishes the body and soul in a healthy and mindful way.

Otello is our morning ‘alchemist’: night porter and baker from 5am. We call him Pornaio. In other words: if you smell the aroma of bread… it’s him working his magic.

Of course. Just let us know when you book and we’ll do our best to help you, so you don’t have to miss out on the most special moment of the day.

Lunch & dinner: the ‘buffet king’ (the one that makes you say ‘just one more bite’)

Yes! And here, food takes centre stage: we’re right between the Marche and Romagna regions, so… you can imagine we mean business.

At lunchtime, we offer a buffet with fresh and quick dishes, perfect for the warm weather so you can head straight to the beach without any hassle, as well as hot, more traditional dishes (we’re not putting you on a diet, after all).

Dinner is also served as a buffet, but an “experience-style” version: colourful, plentiful, and offering the wonderful freedom to try everything (the only limit being your appetite).

Yes: Nancy (along with her mum) selects the ingredients herself, focusing on quality and locally sourced produce from carefully chosen suppliers. “We are what we eat”… and the food here is excellent.

We don’t have separate kitchens or dedicated menus, but we can make arrangements: the important thing is to let us know in advance.

Yes: children take centre stage at the table. For children aged 0 to 2, who benefit from the free service, we prepare vegetable broth with potatoes, courgettes and carrots (unsalted) and puréed vegetables. Families may bring their own baby food and soups and choose whether to heat them up themselves in the microwave provided in the dining room or have them prepared by the kitchen (during kitchen opening hours).

In the restaurant, you’ll also find high chairs, small plates and colourful little forks and a stand for warming up baby food and bottles.

Rooftop Bar: the golden hour is sacred here
(6.30 pm → midnight)

Yes! Our Rooftop is “the roof of the world”, with views over the marina and yachts. Glam, a breeze in your face, and photos that look great even without a filter.

If you fancy a break from the beach, you can lie back in the sun in a quiet spot. Total relaxation.

When the golden hour arrives, Lorenzo is waiting for you with: aperitifs, a chat and music. (And yes, sometimes “a glass of happiness” turns into two.) From 6.30 pm, our bar is open and ready to quench your thirst. You can also enjoy dinner from our à la carte menu.

Yes: after-dinner drinks with cocktails, digestifs, DJ sets and music. The Rooftop remains your favourite spot until midnight. Twice a week we organise children’s parties, whilst one evening a week is dedicated to entertainment for adults, featuring DJ sets, live music and much more.

Yes: you can book it for themed dinners, tastings, events, as well as for a romantic dinner for two or a party.

It is open to non-guests too (and it’s one of those hidden gems that’s still relatively unknown to the outside world). All you need to do is pop into reception, leave us your ID, and we’ll make a copy.

Beach & sea: from our partner beach club to hidden coves

We have two partner establishments, both very close to the hotel and very well maintained.

Yes: with the All-Inclusive package and direct booking, you’ll have the beach service included, comprising 1 parasol + 2 sun loungers at our partner beaches.

  • Of course:
    BAia Vallugola (pebbles, crystal-clear water) – a 10-minute drive
  • Fiorenzuola di Focara (an “enchanted” beach nestled in the greenery of the San Bartolo Park) is a 15-minute drive away

Families: happy children, relaxed parents (even on the rooftop)

We’re family-friendly, but not your typical “noisy family hotel”: we’re happy to leave the entertainment to our partner beach. Here at the hotel, the atmosphere is much more peaceful.

Yes: cot beds, safety rails, baby baths, toilet seat adapters, bottle warmers and anti-plagiocephaly and anti-suffocation pillows (for children under 3 years of age) thanks to our partnership with  Koala Baby Care.

We have a trampoline on the rooftop where children can play whilst their parents relax with a delicious cocktail.

Yes, a babysitting service is available on request and is a paid service.

Yes: bicycles with child seats and also lightweight pushchairs, so you won’t have to bring your own and can travel lighter.

Top services (the ones that make all the difference to your holiday)

Two solutions:

  • Car park near the hotel: right next to the hotel, we have a car park with covered (but parallel) parking spaces and uncovered spaces. The cost of this car park, for direct bookings, is €13 per day for cars and €8 per day for motorbikes (inside the garage and secured by a roller shutter).
  • Car park a 5-minute walk from the hotel: we also have two car parks a 5-minute walk from the hotel. One is an open-air, secure car park and the other is covered with tarpaulins and accessible only with a pass. These car parks cost €9 per day and you pay for a maximum of 7 days (from the 8th day onwards, it is free)

To ensure you secure a parking space, we recommend adding this to your quote at the time of booking. In any case, on the day of your arrival, please come to the hotel and we will show you where to park your car.

There is no shuttle bus to the car parks as they are very close to the hotel.

Yes, we are pet-friendly (as long as your four-legged friend is “well-behaved”). There is an additional charge for room cleaning, and pets are not allowed in the restaurant. However, if you wish to dine with your four-legged friend, you may do so on the veranda or in the hotel’s outdoor area.
Please note: some rooms do not allow pets, for example the Junior Suite Escape and the Deluxe Breath.

Yes: The main entrance to the hotel has architectural barriers, but we have a very convenient secondary entrance that is barrier-free. The lift complies with regulations and all rooms are accessible. However, we do not have bathrooms equipped for disabled guests.

Yes: there is a luggage storage facility. Please note that you can arrive at the hotel from 8.30 am onwards, but rooms are guaranteed from 2 pm. If your room is not ready upon arrival, you can make use of the luggage storage facility. On departure, check-out is at 10.30 am, but if you wish to spend the day at the beach, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage facility.

This room also has a bathroom with a shower (for a fee).

Yes: washing machine and tumble dryer (so you don’t come home with a suitcase full of ‘urgent laundry’ – chargeable service).

Yes: we’ve decided to create our own bespoke fragrance, with a fresh, delicate scent that you’ll find throughout the hotel. You can smell and purchase these fragrances to take a little piece of your holiday home with you.
