What does that mean for you when you sit down at our table?
- Certified Origin: We will begin offering dishes made with ingredients that come with a certificate of origin. We’ll be able to tell you where they come from, who grew them, and how.
- Respect for the Seasons: You won’t find everything, all the time. You’ll find only what nature offers at that very moment, at the peak of its flavor and nutritional value.
- Ethics and Taste: A good dish shouldn’t just be a treat for the palate—it should also be good for the environment and for the people who make it.
Our new offerings will be a journey: a rediscovery of forgotten flavors, of authentic textures, of food that nourishes the body and respects the planet. We are what we eat, and we want to help you become the best version of yourself.
Is this a bold choice for a hotel? Perhaps.
Is it a “heretical” choice? Absolutely.
But we’re convinced that, at the very first bite, you’ll understand why it was worth it.
We look forward to welcoming you to savor this revolution.
With love (and taste),
Nancy Masi and the entire Hotel Majorca Team
